config.lua — Full Reference

Connection

Config.CadUrl            = "https://app.protoncad.io"
Config.CommunitySlug     = "your-slug"
Config.LiveMapSocketPort = 0  -- optional real-time live map socket, 0 = disabled

Your API key does not go in this file — see Installation. It lives in server/config_secret.lua, a server-only file kept out of every client's download.

Plate Scanner

Config.SeenPlatesResetInterval = 60  -- seconds between repeat flag-alert notifications

Scanning itself is driven entirely by the wk_wars2x radar resource — there's no separate scan-distance or scan-interval setting.

Notifications

Config.NotifyDuration = 6000

Jail Enforcement

Config.JailCoords                = { x = 1635.0, y = 2500.0, z = 45.0 }
Config.JailHeading               = 0.0
Config.JailReleaseCoords         = { x = 1635.0, y = 2460.0, z = 45.0 }
Config.JailReleaseHeading        = 0.0
Config.JailEscapeRadius          = 15.0
Config.JailEscapeAttemptRadius   = 30.0
Config.JailEscapePenaltySeconds  = 60
Config.JailEscapeCooldownSeconds = 30

JailReleaseCoords is where a player is sent on early release or sentence expiry — set this outside the cell, not just a different point inside it. A player who wanders past JailEscapeRadius is silently teleported back; past JailEscapeAttemptRadius counts as an escape attempt and extends the sentence by JailEscapePenaltySeconds. All of these can also be tuned live from F11 → Admin → Jail locations (set the points where you stand), without editing this file or restarting the resource.

Panic Button

Config.PanicEnabled = true

Scene props

Config.FieldProps = { LEO = { ... }, EMS = { ... } }  -- scene props per role; frozen = true pins one in place
Config.FieldPropMaxPerPlayer   = 15
Config.FieldPropMaxPlaceDist   = 8.0
Config.SpikeStripBurstCooldown = 5
Config.CallBlipSprite = nil  -- map icon for open 911 calls; nil = the "!" icon (934) on game build 3258+, else 42
Config.SpikeStripSoundVolume = 0.8 -- spike strip deploy rattle and tyre pop; 0 turns them off
Config.SpikeStripSoundRange = 40.0 -- how far away players hear them

What F11 → Scene offers police and Fire/EMS, how many props one player can have out, and how far away they can place one. Spike strips are thrown from F11 → Police → Spike strips; players nearby hear the strip unroll and tyres pop. To use your own sounds, replace nui/sounds/spike_deploy.ogg or nui/sounds/tyre_burst.ogg with a file of the same name.

Death, cuffing and scene systems (v4.0.0)

Config.Death = {
    Enabled = true, -- false if another script handles death/revive
    ReviveSeconds       = 15,
    BleedOutSeconds     = 300,
    RespawnAfterSeconds = 60,
    SelfReviveAfterSeconds = 180, -- hold R to get up where you are; 0 = off
    ReviveHealth        = 150,
    Hospitals = { { x = 298.6, y = -584.5, z = 43.3, h = 70.0, label = 'Pillbox Hill' }, ... },
}
Config.Restraints = { Enabled = true }   -- false if another script handles cuffing
Config.Scene      = { Enabled = true }   -- scene props, traffic zones, spike strips
Config.Stretcher  = { Model = 'v_med_emptybed' }
Config.TrafficZoneMaxMinutes = 30
Config.ShowOwnWarrants       = true

Everything here except the prop lists and stretcher model can also be changed in-game under F11 → Admin. An Admin setting is stored on that FiveM server and wins over config.lua.
